Wine Pairing

Chocolate and wine… two of life’s simple pleasures!  When thoughtfully paired, each one can bring out the other’s subtle flavor notes, leading to heightened enjoyment of both.  We create truffles and molded solid pieces using exquisite international chocolates with complex and layered flavors that pair beautifully with wine (while, of course, they’re wonderful on their own too!).  Each box comes with a detailed tasting card highlighting the chocolate’s flavors, offering suggestions of ideal wine pairings, even providing tips for how to get the most out of a tasting.
